And Then I'm Older....
Yep, I am now a year older, hopefully, wiser as well. The day was spent at home. Surprise, surprise! The little one woke me up to greet me happy birthday... We just lazed around the house...I was in my pjs the whole day...LOL. The little one would greet me every chance she gets. Dad did some work around the house....touching up some peeled off paint and putting up a door to cover up something in the laundry room. After lunch, we just laid in bed, all 3 of us, watching TV. The little one called it a: slumber party. Ha! When the show finished, father and daughter left to get me this: Yep, a birthday cake. It has somehow become a tradition that I get an ice cream cake on my birthday. It's what I've been getting ever since I came over here. After dinner of my favorite KFC chicken [I requested it...hehe], the little one handed me their present. This.... a nice bracelet I used to wear a bracelet all the time but it broke a few weeks ago.
