~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Literally. The temp dipped to the lower 40s so we had to turn it on. Wimps! That's us...err me, alright. But I will have to turn it off again this afternoon because it's going to be in the 70s. The rest of the week will be a lot better as it's mostly in the 60s to the 80s. Nice, eh? Actually, looking out the window now, the weather looks perfect. The sun is out but it's not hot. If only I can, I'd be staying out there. But. It's Monday. Again. The weekend that a lot of us live for just flies us by, doesn't it? It's like we wait all week for it, then it's gone. The good thing is there's always one right around the corner so no need to sulk. Ha! Nothing much going on this week. Just waiting for work and a delivery that HAS to be here before Halloween. Yep. Costume for the little one. Hopefully it will come in time for the big day. I've been having kind of an allergic reaction to my meds throughout the weekend until now but I'm trying to do things to keep me occupied. It helps divert my attention from scratching...ugh! I got this tag from several blogger friends....unfortunately, I can't remember any of them anymore. It seems my brain is on break. Blame it on the lack of work...LOL. Let me count the ways! - Considering we met online, we are very much compatible. We didn't go through the awkward moment of pretending to be somebody we're not simply because we were HONEST with each other from day one. I like that he HATES to lie ....he believes that it takes too much effort to do that so he avoids lying. - He makes me laugh ...and that to me is very important. He's a goof ball like me. - He makes things happen instead of waiting for them to happen. - He never pressures me into anything. He waits until I'm ready for something. - A family man in every sense of the word. That's just some of the reasons why I love him. I can go on and on and on...but I'd rather not. He's my husband and that alone explains why I love him .... Thanks to Umma who started this and the others who tagged me on this one. I forgot who they are already but I appreciate the thought. In my quest to finish posting the tags I was given, I am posting another one. This time it's from Jona . She actually gave me another one which is the Fabulous Award but since I posted that one 2x here already, I opted not to post it anymore. Nonetheless, thanks much for the thought Jona . It's very much appreciated. The temperature here right now is in the mid 50s . It's still comfortable inside the house since we have the heater at 75F. I am in my shirt & shorts of course. According to the local news here, we're expecting a cold front soon so I'd probably be in my jammies through the weekend! Sweet!

They have some things to finish at work so they decided to come in today even if it's a holiday. Actually, they make their own holidays since they can choose their hours. I'm not complaining though since we've been together the whole weekend so today is just another work day. As for me...I got a bit busy during the weekend because work came in late Friday evening. I didn't start working until Saturday morning though because the software for work is not working in the new computer. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Just thought I'd check in a bit earlier today. I'm in the middle of doing some laundry so while waiting for the load to be done, I am here blogging. We just had breakfast. Now the little one and the Dad are in our bed watching TV together. Nothing much is planned today. It's Sunday so it's Football day here. That means I will be staying away from the H who will be watching his team play...LOL. Work has slowed down this weekend so I have time to do some blogging. I have some pending tasks that need done ASAP so I better start doing them.
