Woo hooo....I got an award from Merydith....I would like to thank my parents, my husband, my daughter...if not for them I would not be able to do any of the things I'm doing...like this blog....hehehe....

Seriously, thanks Merydith. That's really sweet of you and I appreciate the thought and the acknowledgement.

I have only been blogging for a few weeks but I've already gained some thoughtful friends who I have not even had the pleasure of meeting in person. I am hoping to meet some more people, fellow Pinay and others as well, as I go along this journey in the world of blogging. Serious yan ha...

Anyhoooo....some of my 'online blogger friends' are already mentioned in other blogs but I still want to give them this 'thoughtful blogger award'.

Merydith of course...just including a "neo blogger" like me in her list of 'thoughtful blogger award' makes her number 1 in my list for the award...and we seem to have quite a bit in common. Not quite sure if that's a good or a bad thing for her...hehe.

Tess...one of the first I bugged when I decided to start blogging. Imagine...she didn't know me from Adam and she still answered my westions....Thanks Ms Tess...

Roselle...she's one of the first Filipinas I actually met online. We've connected quite fast and it's always a joy to chat with her.

Vicky...she tagged on the second day I've "known" her. Now that's thoughtful, ain't it?

You Belong With Me...Little One's Version

The little one's video is far from perfect but I'm a proud Mama. She recorded this all on her own so pardon the little 'booboos/mistakes' she made while recording/singing. Enjoy! Paid Blogging....

 ...is that still even a thing today? I stopped blogging actively several years ago...so now I'm like starting all over again.  I don't even know what to post anymore. A lot has changed since I started this blog in 2008. Yep, that's how long ago it's been. Back then I just wanted to write whatever. I was already a WAHM - Work at Home Mom when I started this blog and that's how my blog title came about. I started doing work-at-home jobs as early as 2002. I had a handful of different jobs I was juggling at that time so blogging was just really something I did during my free time. After a while I did paid blogging. I did that for a few years. I tried to do it as much as I could but my 'real' jobs had to be my priority so my blogging had to take a back seat. In retrospect, that may be the reason why I slowly lost interest in doing it.
