...to Mommy Ruby for making this very pretty blog banner for this blog. Isn't that sweet? She visited last night and told me she had something waiting for me in her Pinay Mommy's DigiScrap blog. So I visited her blog. I was expecting a 'tag'...LOL...but nope, it's this very pretty banner with my little one's picture on it. I really love it so I will be putting it in my entrecard as soon as I figure out how to do that...LOL. Once again, thanks much Mommy Ruby. YOU ROCK!!!

Incidentally, it's our little one's birthday tomorrow. She is beyond excited about it to say the least. She's been talking non-stop about it. Everything that comes out of her mouth for the past 2 weeks is her birthday that's coming up.

In the past, her birthdays were celebrated with just the 3 of us....actually, all our birthdays are celebrated that way. This time though she, yes SHE, invited her Aunt and her Mom-mom [grandma] to come to her Monster birthday party. Huh?? I was surprised she had a birthday party that I didn't know about...LOL!

Anyway, since she invited some company on her birthday...we are having company tomorrow for a....PIZZA party! Hahaha....that's what she wants so that's what she's having. My husband and I are actually happy she wants a Pizza Party....no work to be done but a little bit of cleaning...yippeee!!

Our little girl is growing fast...way too fast. How I wish I could slow down time so she can be my little baby a wee bit longer. But such is life. She has to grow up whether I let her or not. So let it be.

happy birthday to your beautiful daughter! buti pa dyan you're not pressured into giving BIG bday parties. dito kasi kahit na ilagay mo sa invitation kung sino invited at ilang seats ang reserved for them, kasama pa rin buong lahi!

I hope you enjoyed your pizza party and the presents you got from mom and dad and your guests. I can only hope that you grow fast enough to be a very fine young lady; yet not that fast so your Mom and Dad can enjoy your innocent sweetness awhile longer.

 ...is that still even a thing today? I stopped blogging actively several years ago...so now I'm like starting all over again.  I don't even know what to post anymore. A lot has changed since I started this blog in 2008. Yep, that's how long ago it's been. Back then I just wanted to write whatever. I was already a WAHM - Work at Home Mom when I started this blog and that's how my blog title came about. I started doing work-at-home jobs as early as 2002. I had a handful of different jobs I was juggling at that time so blogging was just really something I did during my free time. After a while I did paid blogging. I did that for a few years. I tried to do it as much as I could but my 'real' jobs had to be my priority so my blogging had to take a back seat. In retrospect, that may be the reason why I slowly lost interest in doing it.
