Ten Things about Me...

1. I decided to take up my masters because I quit my teaching job....shouldn't it be the other way around??...haha.
2. I wanted to become a nun...to scare those inside already...hehe
3. I only had one boyfriend who was older than me...the rest were younger by a few months to a few years, hubby included....cradle snatcher. Ha!
4. Getting married was never in my plan...until I met my husband...obviously!
5. I am a very strict teacher...ask my former students.
6. I can last days, weeks and maybe even months without going out of the house.
7. I dated a Sylvester Stallone look-alike...just better looking and one who doesn't slur his words...haha.
8. I can't survive without tissue...maybe I can but I have to have a hanky.
9. I used to read the newspapers daily...now I read Yahoo News...
10. I am a Pinay WAHM...LOLOLOL!

Yo! I'm not really a cat person, more of a dog hahaha!

Ako na lang secretary moh. Ako nalang bayaran mo. But I need benefits like my own car, insurance, own house, hahaha! ^_^

Yup you caught me alright. But I'm not the only one that's guilty. My whole family is going to do some cramming tomorrow and pack and segregate stuff which we should have done months ago. Oh well... at least our furniture and some other stuff we don't need are already disposed of. Wonder if we disposed of some important stuff during our rush packing hahaha!

We're leaving our hometown this June 1 and leave for Canada this June 8. Everything's happening so fast.

a nun? talaga? i went to a catholic school from elem to college so madre nakikita ko everyday then go to mass, first friday, rosary..memorize ko na 'ata. i can not imagine how life is inside the convent, you are better of as #10.

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. It's not that I have nothing to write about. I have plenty but I seem to have lost interest in blogging. I thought  at first that it was just a phase. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

M-U-L-C-H-E-D

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather? Last week it was raining almost everyday as predicted by the meteorologists around here. The time the rain would fall was the unpredictable part tho
