Weekend...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
... on our side of the globe is almost over! We had a wet weekend as usual. This morning, it rained just as the husband was opening the garage door to cut the grass! It was totally unexpected because the sun was shining minutes before he went out. So he had to wait it out until after the rain to do the mowing.
Anyway, the little one had an exciting weekend. Yesterday, Dad bought her a bike...her first bike. Well, she had the baby 3-wheeler one but this one is a big girl's bike. She was so excited to ride it although she's still a wee bit afraid. She rode it in the house first then they went in the driveway to give it a spin. So she was so tired last night because of that.
After dinner tonight, she and Dad went to the small park a few blocks from our house to try out her bike in the parking lot there. They were only gone for a few minutes because of the...you guessed it...RAIN.
Anyway, here she is with her new bike and helmet. Look at that face! Can you tell she's super dooper excited to ride her bike?
it reminds me of the first time i tried my best to learned biking, i got bruises and scars that would always reminds me of it, but i didn't regret spending those times with cousins under 100 degrees heat of the sun, because my goal is to learn how to bike, and after a very tireful day? i just learned how i paddle it and went straight, those are memories..
for sure your daughter will be safe as she got all the gadgets at the same time she do have side wheels that protects here...
pretty much sure she's very happy and excited all the time..
We have a dry one Jul. Our yard grass are turning brown since there's a water restriction here in my city. And the temperature? Talk 109 today.
