Sad Story....Filipina Vanishes

This has to be one of the saddest news I've read in a while. Leafil Alforque, a 22 year old Filipina, was swept to sea during a proposal by her future husband. It happened at place in Oregon called "Proposal Rock". According to Oregon News, Scott Napper took her to the site to formally ask her to marry him. Unfortunately, she slipped when a tide came to them and literally swept the 93-pound Filipina off her feet which caused her to fall in the water. Sad. Here's a link to the Yahoo News about it.

somethings are not just meant to be juls. napakalungkot isipin kung bakit kailangang mangyari ang ganyan sa isang mahalagang okasyon. harinawa ay matanggap ng kanyang mga mahal sa buhay and masaklap na pangyayaring ito. my heart goes out to them especially to the man who just lost her ladylove. hey! have a great weekend and don't forget to cheer for manny pacquiao. ciao!

what a pity for this tragic incident, although we might be sorry for what had transpired, however, one thing sure is that God has its own way of making complex things be understood by everybody as time goes on and on...the least we can do for now is probably offer our prayers for the eternal repose of her soul...

Yeah i already read the tragic story about her. I felt so sorry of her family because i know they are expecting her to have a wonderful life here but instead, something bad happened unexpectedly. I was just wondering why did the guy brought her there since the place is known to be a notorious place to sweep people's away by the furious waves.

nakakalungkot naman ng story na to. haven't heard of this until now. the girl looks familiar or baka may kamukha lang. it wasn't indicated in the news kasi where in the Philippines she is from. :(

 ...is that still even a thing today? I stopped blogging actively several years ago...so now I'm like starting all over again.  I don't even know what to post anymore. A lot has changed since I started this blog in 2008. Yep, that's how long ago it's been. Back then I just wanted to write whatever. I was already a WAHM - Work at Home Mom when I started this blog and that's how my blog title came about. I started doing work-at-home jobs as early as 2002.
