Mission Accomplished!

Tree planting went great. It wasn't too hot outside [and it wasn't raining!!!] this morning so the husband was able to plant the trees in no time. The little one and I only hang around and helped with putting the mulch around the plant. I pulled out weeds...of course!

Here are the before and after pics....with our little model of course. See the cloudy skies? It made the task a lot easier. It drizzled but only for a few seconds so it's all good.


He only planted 6 and they're enough. We thought we'd need about six more but I guess not. Next mission: More plants....flower plants hopefully...

Ang lawak ng yard ninyo! Tingin pa lang, nakakapagod na, gardening pa!
Hats off to hubby for planting those trees. And your li'l lady seems to have enjoyed the activity. I guess, as long as dad and mom are there it would always be fun for her, di ba?

You have a nice location, it looks peaceful and quiet. Those trees will surely give you privacy when they mature.

Hey Mama,

I love what you did to the yard. You do have a big yard but I love it. I love how your neighbors are not close to you and I love the trees.

Hi Ate J! I love your yard! It's so green and spacious! Hope we get to have a yard like that too.

Anyway, salamat talaga sa comment mo ate! Like I really needed that. Depressed kasi talaga ako at bothered ako sa fact na may naiinis sa akin dahil ayaw ko na may naapakan ako na tao but kaso ako ang tinatapakan nila eh...

But quiet naman lang ako, tama ka hindi sila dapat pag-aksayahan nang panahon. Mas-lalo naman nainis at hindi nag-work ang kanilang 4 na oras na pag-a-asar sa akin. Disappointed sila na hindi ako napikon at naka-ngiti pa rin.

You know what irritates your enemies more? The fact that you can smile after they say bad stuff about you so ganun.

it's so good to plant and even landscpae that big yard of yours. we did planted trees too in our garden. it really looks good when you have trees, plants and flowers around the house. also helping mother earth with that.

nagdilig ka ba? hahaha.that is if it didn't rain. I can imagine habang hawak mo ang hose. but then again, that is easy with sprinklers and pa-automate na lang para it comes and goes as per your setting.

wow! ang laki ng yard nyo! tanim ka ng marami flower plants and some veggies para lalo maganda. may green thumb ako, baka gusto mo akong i-hire para magtanim, sabihin mo lang hahaha.

ganyan di ako minsan, panoorin ko lang asawa ko hehehe, tamad kasi ako minsan lalo na at mainit weather dito. ganda ng lawn noy, Jules, malawak at mukhang peaceful dyan sa neighborhood nyo :-).

okay naman lipat namin, malapit na matapos pag open ng mga boxes :-), konti lang naman kasi dahil nag downsized kami bago lumipat eh.

 ...is that still even a thing today? I stopped blogging actively several years ago...so now I'm like starting all over again.  I don't even know what to post anymore. A lot has changed since I started this blog in 2008. Yep, that's how long ago it's been. Back then I just wanted to write whatever. I was already a WAHM - Work at Home Mom when I started this blog and that's how my blog title came about. I started doing work-at-home jobs as early as 2002. I had a handful of different jobs I was juggling at that time so blogging was just really something I did during my free time. After a while I did paid blogging. I did that for a few years. I tried to do it as much as I could but my 'real' jobs had to be my priority so my blogging had to take a back seat. In retrospect, that may be the reason why I slowly lost interest in doing it.
