Cold...Colder...Warm...

That's the result! Me sneezing my head off! Allergies!!!


My poor nose is very tender now from all the wiping. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before the skin on & around it will start to hurt...then dry...then peel. That's the joys of having this lovely allergies.

Aside from my neverending 'achooing', everything else is doing okay I guess. The last of the 'orders' I put online came today so I don't have to worry about not getting it in time for the big day.

Work has been on and off for the past few days. We had some released this morning. I was able to do some. Hopefully they will be some more later on. Hubby on the other hand is still trying to fix some loose ends at work in order for their customer to do their part. I feel bad for him sometimes because he has to deal with some very unprofessional people whose only aim [so it seems] is to take full advantage of his kindness. He's getting really annoyed at some of them but they're still customers so he's trying to be more patient. For how long.....that I cannot answer. But these customers better get their acts together or they'll get what they've been asking for with a capital 'T'!!!!

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather? Last week it was raining almost everyday as predicted by the meteorologists around here. The time the rain would fall was the unpredictable part tho
