Ready...

...to take on another week. I think?

It's Monday and I'm still sleepy. Who's not, right? But we have to do what needs to be done so here we are...

I took the weekend off and didn't go on the elliptical at all. I 'planned' in doing so but I chickened out so to speak. That's okay. I was back on it this morning and I'm hoping I'd be able to keep doing it at least during the week days. But even if I exercised for an hour, I still feel sleepy. I guess that's what Monday is all about, eh?

This week will be a busy one again for me. The little one's annual evaluation is next week and I have to get her stuff in order....books, worksheets, notebooks. It won't be that hard to do that since I try to put everything in one place and in order so I won't have to be all crazy come evaluation time. She's sort of nervous & excited at the same time. She's had the same evaluator since we started homeschooling so she's used to her already. I'm sure everything will be fine. When I spoke with the evaluator last week she even said that it'll be a breeze since the little one is very smart...

Aside from that, I am anxiously waiting for the confirmation for my passport renewal appointment. I have no idea why it's taking so long to get it. I'm just hoping it comes soon. Hubs is not so happy with how much time it's taking. He said we have to plan around that appointment since we want to take advantage of the time we're in the area and visit places. But how can we do that when we don't even know the time or date yet? Oh well...it's never fun to wait, is it? Patience.......breathe in...breathe out...inhale...exhale....

one hour everyday of exercising will 'kill' me hahaha.hindi talaga ako ipinanganak na active. back to my normal na ulit ako. kaya si F sige na daw at bilisan kong mag research kung anong fitness equipment ang gusto ko. baka daw pag nasa house na ang equipment wala na akong excuse. kahit na anong pep talk kesyo for my health etc. hindi na ako bumababa ulit.

by appointment na ang passport renewal? yung akin I might as well find out kasi lumalamig na naman dito lalong mabubulo ka yung passport ko.

good luck sa evalutaion ni E. hanggang kailan ang homeschooling mo? I salute you ang tiyaga mo talaga. teacher ka nga hahaha.

siya at have a productive week. musta na lang sa aking pamangkin.

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather? Last week it was raining almost everyday as predicted by the meteorologists around here. The time the rain would fall was the unpredictable part tho
