2. Two things I am wearing right now: Shirt /shorts
3. Two things I want (or have) in a relationship: Love / Peace
4. Two things I like to do: Cook / Surf the net
5. Two things I want very badly in this moment: A new laptop / more work to make money from [ who doesn't eh?]
6. Two things I did last night: Work / sleep
7. Two things I ate today: Chocolate cake, yumm…/ rice with green beans
9. Two things I am doing tomorrow: Work / chores
10. Two favorite days of the week: Saberday / Sunday
11. Two favorite holidays: Christmas and Halloween simply because my daughter enjoys these 2 more than the others.
12. Two favorite beverages: Water / Hot cocoa
13. Two things about me that you may not have known: ( 1) I wanted to be a nun in when I was in high school but my father was against it. (2) A good friend of mine in high school who also wanted to be a nun IS a NUN now [with the Carmelites].
14. Two jobs that I have had in my life: Teacher / Tagalog[Filipino] SME and Consultant
15. Two movies I would watch over and over: Harry Potter Series / Bourne Series
16. Two places I have lived: Aside from the Philippines, Taiwan / USA
17. Two of my favourite food: Shrimps / crabs
18. Two places I would rather be right now: I’m right where I want to be but it would be wonderful to visit the Philippines and my friends in Taiwan in the future.

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. It's not that I have nothing to write about. I have plenty but I seem to have lost interest in blogging. I thought  at first that it was just a phase. I thought it would only last for a few days but days turned into weeks then months then years and I still haven't blogged. Nothing sparked my interest to blog so I just didn't. Not even paid posts lured me back. I even considered deleting it altogether. I felt like I'm wasting my money paying for the domain name. But I can't do it so I just keep on paying. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather? Last week it was raining almost everyday as predicted by the meteorologists around here. The time the rain would fall was the unpredictable part tho
