She's Growing so Fast....
I have this habit of browsing the photo albums to look at my 'baby's' pictures. It seems that it's only through these pictures that I 'see' how much she has grown. Just like any other mother, I ask myself a lot of times....where did time go? My little girl is still the sweet baby that she's always been but I know time will come when she won't be as needy as she used to be. She's becoming more and more independent. I'm very proud of her independence but I just can't help but be sad when I think of the day that she'll walk out the door to live her own life. Scared is too small of a word to describe how I feel just thinking of that.
So today, I decided to go through her photo albums. Just like every parent like me, I have literally thousands of pictures of her since birth. Some were taken with an advantix camera which means I need to scan them so I can post them here and some are in our digital camera. It was hard to choose the pictures I want to share here because it seems that each photo tells a different story. But I uploaded some of the pics so I can post some here. For mothers out there, take every picture you can of your baby because they grow up VERY FAST.....like they said, don't even blink for you may miss her growing up.
Here's her very first picture at the hospital. She's wearing the 'pink' hat that the hospital normally gives newborns in their hospital.She was born 8.2 lbs...kinda' big for my size. They thought she was only going to be 6 lbs.
Here she is a few months old. I'm not quite sure how many months since our camera goofed on us and there was no date stamp on it. As you can see, she's a little chunky.
The third pic, again I'm not sure how many months....probably 5 or 6 months. I put on her that 'pink hat' in the first picture....her newborn hat and it's definitely not her size anymore. I believe that was the first time that she actually waved on us.
Here she is now...wearing a favorite hat. This was taken a couple of months ago. It has become a habit of mine to snap a picture of her whenever I feel like it. Like I said she's growing faster than I want her to...but such is life. I'm just thankful that there's never been a day that we have been apart. Well once...she went with Dad to get me a mother's day present. The moment she got in the door back from the store...the first words she said was..."I missed you Mom"...and she was probably gone about 20 minutes...

i also have the habit of browsing the pictures of my son as in im doing it everyday hahaha it just amazes me to look at the pictures and see the huge difference. Time fly so fast.

Planong sundan? Panay nga ang sunod ko minsan eh..telling her to pick up..hehe. Seriously, wala na ata kasi medyo late na in life since I'm in my 40s na.

Sadly hindi pa nakakauwi ng Pilipinas ang aming dalagita. She really wants to but we have to consider a lot of factors before we can do that. Hopefully in a couple of years.
