The Importance of Life Insurance

A lot of people frown about the idea of getting a life insurance. I remember a friend of mine telling me that I am just wasting my money in buying an insurance because I was young and healthy. Of course I didn’t listen and got a life insurance anyway. I just believe that age is not really a factor when getting a life insurance. Life is uncertain and we need to make sure that something in it is certain. Something that will make sure things will be taken cared if anything happens to me unexpectedly. I really don’t want to be a burden to the people I leave behind so getting a term life insurance is probably one of my best decision.

Now that I have my own family, my belief in having life insurance has just strengthened. My husband and I are actually looking for a life insurance for him. I like the idea of comparing different life insurance quotes before deciding on one. Good thing we came across Life Insurance.com. They have all the information that we need before getting an insurance for my husband. It's like a convenient store of life insurance. They have anything and everything about insurance.

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather?
