How's your Weekend so far????

Mine has been a bit busy as usual. I had to do laundry today. You see, I don't have a specific day for laundry. I do it every 5th day. Why? It's a secret, LOL. Anyway, that's out of the way so that's done for now. I didn't make dinner so I ordered pizza and buffalo wings. We do that every once in a while. I like to prepare/cook dinner every night if possible but there are days like today when I just get the feeling of not wanting to cook.

My data entry work has been getting busier and busier so I am trying to balance my time or else I'd end up with no work getting done. By the way, I know that there's a lot of people out there who want to do data entry, legitimate, work at home. Unfortunately there are no openings for the companies I work for BUT if ever there will be some openings in the future, I will post it here...and that's a promise. I don't want to get bombarded with questions/inquiries about it so I just want to get that out of the way.

I still blog everyday but not as much as I used to. I *think* I was able to visit most if not all of my blogger friends this week - not daily but at least once a week. Oh before I forget, I'm still getting errors in a lot of the blogs I visit...something like...."IE has encountered an error with an Add-on and would have to close down". That error usually closes down all of the browsers I have open...pain sometimes but such is blogging!! So if you have not seen me in your blogs that's probably why. I don't pick blogs to visit. I start with "A" and end with "Z" in my blog roll....BUT... I make it a point to return the visit of those who visit me per my tag board or comments left. So if you come visit please haller so I can return the favor.

I have to attend to my kitchen for now. Enjoy your weekend and take it easy!!!

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather? Last week it was raining almost everyday as predicted by the meteorologists around here. The time the rain would fall was the unpredictable part tho
