Being a WAHM or work-at-home-mom, one of the basic requirements I need is to have internet connection. Majority of the companies that hire telecommuters communicate with their contractors or employee through email and/or phone. I have been a WAHM for the last 5 years and I have only used one internet service provider. Unfortunately, my current ISP does not offer services in the area we’re moving to. Right now I am on a mission. Find an ISP: Dial Up, DSL, Cable, Satellite. Good thing I came across a website that can make this quest a lot easier. It’s called GetISP.Info and it has a lot of useful information for someone like me like find the best deals on broadband connections through Verizon and AT&T Yahoo. It’s a one stop shop for me because through this site, I can compare DSL, Cable, Satellite, even VoIP around my area so I can make an informed decision. Not only that, GetISP.info has some useful articles in their site like how to secure a wireless network. Now I have one less thing to worry about…finding the best ISP for my needs.
