Tired....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That's me right now...tired, very tired. It seems that I'm about to fall asleep while typing this.
I still have a lot of things to box but I'm not doing it now. I ran out of boxes anyway so I have to wait until I have the boxes I need before I can continue packing, right?
I still have these really big boxes, 2 of them actually, but I don't know what to put in them. I can put heavy stuff in them but they will be very heavy to lift. Since it's only the husband lifting them, I'm afraid that he will strain his back lifting very heavy boxes...so no heavy stuff in them.
I didn't move much when I was still living in the Philippines and when I did, help was always there. Same was true when I was in Taiwan, we always had help [friends] to help us move our stuff when we moved apartments. Here? You have to PAY big bucks to have help. We can probably do that, but why pay when you can do it yourself, right? Kuripot, ba? LOL!
Tomorrow will be busy again as we are scheduled to sign the papers for the mortgage company. We'd probably swing by the new house so I can empty some of the boxes there then bring them back here to fill up again.
So yes, I'm tired to the max right now just by thinking of all the things that need done...but I'm sure it will be all worth it once we're all settled in our new house.
you'll surely be tired packing and moving. when you finally move in, it will be the unpacking and arranging that will fill up your time.
the joys (is there any? hehehe!) and pains of moving!
Just hang in there Mommy Jul. One box at a time. It was funny when did our move Reno, NV to Texas, We didn't know we had so much junk! We asked ourselves, "How in the world did we survive without these stuff?" It was a pain in the butt.
Would love to help you :D
hey tuks, in full swing na talaga ang packing. you're right about that, movers are expensive. our move from one building to the next four years ago costs us $2,500.00, no gas used up, they only had to load the stuff in a huge truck to bring the stuff to the next building. That only covered them moving everything, packing wall arts and furnitures and pack all our clothes in hangers on wardrobe boxes. We packed the rest. We paid insurance too but the good thing is the movers are very professional, every single piece is professionally wrapped.
take it easy. matatapos din yan.
