..Mr. Golden Sun, please shine down on Me! Yep, Mr. Sun finally showed up today and decided to brighten up our Friday here! Hep hep....hurrah! It's not "shining" that bright but enough to make me happy. The day is still young so I'm not ruling out Mr. Rain yet. As a matter of fact, it just got cloudy while I'm typing this. I may be 'jinxing' myself....hmmm...

Anyway, I hope now that since Mr. Sun is here in our neck of the woods...
Mr. R-A-I-N....

wow seems like it's raining cats and dogs out there. Well Hope Mr. Sun does appear over there. For me Mr. Sun is good but I wish it wasn't that hot hehehe.

I too miss the sun.. Although it is summer here, we are quite in the northern part of europe where rain is abundant plus cold wind...

i don't know how to plant kamote. siguro nga you plant the kamote itself since it's a root crop. sorry kamote ako when it comes to kamote.

hay naku, bored to death na ung isa dito! blog hopping occupied me yesterday; and i cleaned the house today, from top to bottom. while my little one watched a dvd marathon of barney! he haven't watched it for more than a year, bigla yatang na-excite ngayon! hahaha! so don sya busy.

i'm planning to go out tomorrow, if the weather permits. mukang lumipat dito ung ulan jan. it just looks like it's gonna rain.

oh well . . .

You Belong With Me...Little One's Version

The little one's video is far from perfect but I'm a proud Mama. She recorded this all on her own so pardon the little 'booboos/mistakes' she made while recording/singing. Enjoy! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Like I mentioned in my quick post earlier, we went to the house after lunch today. We didn't move anything yet. We decided to wait until there is some kind of privacy ~ like blinds ~ before we start moving things. I took pictures of the grass both in front of the house and the back. As you can see in the pics below, the grass is green and tall already. The sod guy said that we should wait 30 days before we start mowing so that's what we're doing. Here's the front snapshot... And here's the back...with my 'model'.. The grass at the back of the house is much greener and lusher. It's probably because it's not too exposed to the sun. As the grass grows, so do weeds. The weeds are taller than the grass of course. Our flower beds in front of the house are more like 'weed beds' at the moment. So what did we do while we're there? The little girl wants to call it 'picnic' because we brought a picnic bask...
