Raining with thunders/lightning

What a crazy weather we have. It's been like this since yesterday. It was very hot until about 5 PM then it suddenly got dark. The little one was just asking me earlier why it's not raining. She checks the weather in her iPod and keeps track of it. The rain came in late so she started questioning the reliability of her iPod.

I better get off here before my laptop gets hit by the lightning.

why not fly over here? we've had some really nice Spring days the past few.

eto ako, hinawa mo LOL. now I have the sniffles. akala ko, it's my usual allergy but I feel lethargic and the usual symptoms ng cold.I don't even feel like cooking kaya F is coming home with food for dinner. take out ulit ano pa nga ba?

We have a similar weather here. It's sunshiny hot in the morning but stormy like rains in the late afternoons. Nakakaloka talaga ang panahon! Dami pa sanang outing, kj naman ang ulan. Tag-ulan sa tag-araw!

Oh my! Pareho pala tayo! The weather here is aweful too. Imagine, it's already spring yet it's raining and snowing. Hopefully naman hindi na mag-snow sa summer. That's Canada for you, Land of the Ice. hehehe.

I agree with ate Beng. Naloka ako sa weather dun sa Pinas when we were still there. We should have been to alot more places sana. But anyway, when we got back here in GA, ganun na naman, it's been raining...But at least, i'm not sweating anymore. :)

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather? Last week it was raining almost everyday as predicted by the meteorologists around here. The time the rain would fall was the unpredictable part tho
