It's Up!

Our little Christmas tree is finally up. Took some time off from my online 'duties' and pulled it out of the garage over the weekend. I just set it up and let the little one do the decorating herself since she's the one who's really eager to have it up.

As you can see, she not only decorated the tree but herself as well. If anyone needs a 'reindeer helper' in decorating a Christmas tree, give us a holler, maybe we can send our little reindeer over to help you out.

I've been so busy lately that I don't know what to do with myself sometimes. Just this morning, I probably got about a hundred email alerts...all concerning, yes, work. For months, I haven't had an allergy attack but this weekend, I had a bad one. I know the culprit. I've been going to bed after midnight. I am just like Cinderella I guess. The difference is, I turn into a sneezing princess if I don't sleep before midnight. Ha! Aside from the allergy attack, my sleeping late will probably make me use wrinkle cream to make sure those unsightly fine and not-s0 fine lines don't make their appearance because of the lack of sleep.

I better get going before I get more email alerts! Have a good week everyone!

E has really grown a lot. Lapit na syang kasing taas ng xmas tree nya. Getting more and more beautiful every xmas photo session!

I guess, it's sneezing season talaga. I'm presently being attacked by endless sneezes and serious runny nose. Hay.. hirap 'no?

Naku, your little one is not little anymore! She's growing pretty fast ha! I like her reindeer outfit....so cute! And ofcourse, she's sooooooooo beautiful!

And yes, I won't miss the christmas tree, hehe! Cute din! :)

Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather?
