Before I was married, my biggest concern regarding my body was my inability to gain weight no matter how much I ate. I always felt like I was malnourished because I was barely 100 pounds during those years. The weighing scale never tipped over the 100 mark until after I was pregnant. I also didn't gain much weight while I was pregnant so as soon as I gave birth, I was almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Almost because I never really went back to being under 100 pounds. I was happy with my weight of over 100. The thing I wasn't happy about was where that extra poundage was coming from...my belly.
In the first year or two after I gave birth, I could still blame my pregnancy for my 'jelly-roll'. Sadly, I can no longer use that excuse now since it's been almost 9 years since I had a baby. If only I know of a way on how to lose stomach fat fast then I wouldn't have this problem, eh? But truth be told, I have not really tried to actually do something about it. I have not done any dieting nor have I tried to stick to any kind of regimen to help me lose the unsightly jelly-rolls. I guess it's about time that I should start getting serious about getting rid of my spare tire.
