Young at Heart...

That's probably one of the older generation's favorite line. And when I say older generation, I now actually mean...ME! Ugh! Yes, I am admitting that I am no longer a young one. Young at heart, yes. If there's anything that makes me more aware that I am indeed getting older, it's the physical changes I've been noticing. And no, I don't only mean the outer physical changes that I see when I look at the mirror. It's also the aches and pains I'm starting to notice more and more everyday. I think I will be needing an msm cream sooner than I thought I would because of the joint pains that keep on bothering me. It used to go away after taking a tylenol or two but it's no longer the case. Hubby said I might have some form of an arthritis which I also think but I don't want to go to the doctor telling him every little aches and pains I feel. I will one day when I'm ready to be told that yes, I am indeed gold to my face.

Dara, ali ku pasku muli baka feb pa kasi ing boss ko pto yang pasku 2 weeks kaybat kanta spring enrollment kaya ali ku makalako.

I don't think kailangan mo na yan Huling! Bulls eye yan sa 'kin! Lol! Aside from once in a while arthritis maybe pwede yan sa pains nitong foot ko na na-accident. It still aches till now eh..

Tagal ng family bonding time nyo ha?! Ang saya ng pricesa!

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather? Last week it was raining almost everyday as predicted by the meteorologists around here. The time the rain would fall was the unpredictable part tho
