Stressed!

Not me but the man of the house. I'm sure it won't be long before his face starts getting break outs because of this stress. Poor guy...but it's part of being alive and running your own business. Hopefully, next year will be a better year for him and his work. Actually, I'm kinda confident he's going to have a better year next year for some reasons I cannot disclose...for now. There's not much he can do right now but go with the flow and hope things turn out okay in a few days. To relieve his stress, he decided to look online for a wireless printer that we've been planning in getting ASAP. We already went to the different office supplies stores a few weeks ago. We looked at the different brother printers as well as other brands that we can find.

They're all a bit pricey right now since not a lot of people use them yet. Hopefully we'll find something online that's a little less expensive online. I really want to get a wireless printer and get rid of the one we have now. Sometimes I only turn the other PC on so I can print or scan something. The wireless printer doesn't need to be hooked up with a PC to do its job and that's the beauty of it. Ha!

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather?
