Productive Weekend....

It definitely was...I think? LOL... Like I mentioned in my earlier post, we're finally able to start working on our flower beds. Well, 'hubby' was finally able to start working on it...I wasn't since I had other things to do. Nevertheless, it was a productive weekend all in all.

Aside from being able to do some chores I put off last week because we decided to 'play' a bit, I was also able to do a little bit of work on the side. On top of all that, I am a few step closer in fulfilling something....which I won't divulge for now. Maybe in time I will....

Oh...and I was able to get on my elliptical yesterday which was totally unplanned. I normally do it on the weekdays and take a break on the weekends...but I felt like going on it so I did...and it felt good....then I binged today...woot!

How's that for a productive weekend???

Good for you that your weekend was productive. Quite intrigued now with that something nearly fulfilled. Okay Huling. Can I make a guess?..E's wish will be granted? To have a baby brother/sister? Weeeh! Lol!

I have a fearless hula. I got two: driver's license and/or second - weight loss objective met. or baka naman tama si Tita B. pag nagkataon, pwedeng mag-apply na ninang? hahaha.

Tuks, ask ko lang, was the assembly hard for M ? I mean - the elliptical. 1 year na akong walang workout kasi tamad akong mag mukhang tao para bumaba sa gym (lol) dito sa building namin. si F sinesermonan ako kaya sabi nga niya bilhandaw ako ng machine para pagpawisan ako. alam mo na, ang aking alta presyon well managed langsa gamot.

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather?
