Stuffed!

I wish I'm talking about my belly...but I'm not. I'm actually hungry at the moment. Toink!

I'm talking about my lovely nostrils! I have to breathe in and out through my mouth because I'm so congested as a result of my allergies...which is brought about by our lovely weather down here in the ALLERGY state. Even our weather people here are stumped as to why we are having almost summer like temperature here during the day and cold ones at night. Winter is still a long way to go so I'm pretty sure there will still be some really cold weather coming....and some more allergy attacks to look forward to. Yee Haw!

Aside from the neverending sniffling, things are doing okay around here. Work has started to pick up already which is keeping me busy once again. I'm not diving into it it head first yet because I have other things to do for now but I'm sure I'll be busy as a bee here in a few weeks. For now, I'm busy doing 1 thing and 1 thing only....sniffling! Ha!

Yours is way better pa nga kasi it disappears if the weather is good. E yung kay dawter dito, walang katapusang congested nostril dahil din sa allergy. Ang every morning naman e yung kanyang good morning sneeze ang bumabati sa aming lahat dito. We would always know if gising na sya, kasi nga walang tigil sa pagbahin. :(

L-O-S-T. I guess that about sums up how I'm feeling right now...with blogging anyway. I don't even know how to start this post. 😕 It's been almost 2 years since I last posted. Simple Life....

When we visited my family in 2012 we didn't actually spend as much time as I would have liked with most of them. That's because we planned a road trip which took most of our time. Since we were on the road majority of the stay, we weren't able to spend as much time in my childhood home. During our recent trip, that's exactly what we did. We spent a lot of time in my childhood home. We actually stayed home too much that we got bored after a while. But it was somehow an 'eye opener' for me as well as my significant other. On his part, he was finally able to experience 'real summer' back there. Both trips happened in April. But since we were in an air-conditioned car most of the time during our 2012 trip, we didn't really feel how hot it was. This time around, the air-con was only in our room. As soon as we stepped outside, it's hot. As a result, the AC in our room stayed on the whole day because it served as a reprieve from the heat. Every time

Finally finished the project I started a couple of months ago...at least. Now I'm a happy [and a bit sore] camper. I finished putting the mulch this morning mainly because I don't want to give the weeds another chance to invade the flower beds again...at least for a few months anyway. I think I had to pull out weeds twice before to prepare them for the mulch. I thought hubby would have the chance to put it down but his work just wouldn't let him so I decided to do it myself a few weeks ago. So why did it take me weeks to finish 2 and a half flower beds? I was just taking my time I guess. There was no hurry so I took my time. Now that I'm done with that 'project' I'm off to continue another one that I started about 2 weeks ago...decluttering my home office. The weather here is as unpredictable as...the weather? Last week it was raining almost everyday as predicted by the meteorologists around here. The time the rain would fall was the unpredictable part tho
