RANK WIDGET = Pop - Ups

Do you still remember the 'pop-ups' that kept coming up not too long ago? It was so bad that we even got some nasty pop-ups like porn ones?

Well, I noticed that in the past week or so, the pop-ups are back again. No, not in my site but in other blogs that I have been visiting.

Yesterday and just now, I noticed that the pop-up [full page pop-ups] have "Rank Widget" on them. So I'm pretty sure that some, if not all, of the pop-ups are because of this widget.

Please check your widgets. If you have the Rank Widget, you probably should take it off your blog before the pop-ups get worse.

I don't know which blogs have the pop-ups [or the Rank Widget] because I have about 5 or 6 windows open when I do my usual hopping. All I know is it's most probably caused by this "Rank Widget" just like last time.

I noticed that sis, when i blog hop other website, i am happy i-discounted with that ranking widget that i did install in my page...

no more annoying pop-ups..

sorry now lang ako nakapasyal, nabusy eh.. find it out on my page.. blog it there..

My problem when hopping to some blogs,my computer hangs up...don't know why!I hope the pop-up wasn't from me..haha.

yeah...i noticed that too. kala ko normal lang na alam ng blogger pero in some case annoying din talaga lalo na kung porn.

oh thanks for this jules. i have rank widget installed in my site and i didnt even know that it does that to people who opens my site. im going to take it off now. thanks.

ohh meron pa rin ba i tot most of the bloggers have deleted the rank widgets already...

yup some blogs have pop ups still and frozen my computer. Others are popping up on my screen and the worst is the porn.

You Belong With Me...Little One's Version

 ...is that still even a thing today? I stopped blogging actively several years ago...so now I'm like starting all over again.  I don't even know what to post anymore. A lot has changed since I started this blog in 2008. Yep, that's how long ago it's been. Back then I just wanted to write whatever. I was already a WAHM - Work at Home Mom when I started this blog and that's how my blog title came about. I started doing work-at-home jobs as early as 2002. I had a handful of different jobs I was juggling at that time so blogging was just really something I did during my free time. After a while I did paid blogging. I did that for a few years. I tried to do it as much as I could but my 'real' jobs had to be my priority so my blogging had to take a back seat. In retrospect, that may be the reason why I slowly lost interest in doing it.
