==================================== Finding a good mortgage company is the first step in making one’s dream of owning a house a reality. It’s crucial to find a company that is honest and forward about the mortgage process. We decided to have our house built in 2003. We knew we won’t have a problem looking for companies that give mortgages so we started looking for a builder first. We found one and they recommended a mortgage company that they do a lot of business with. We listened and without going through the details, listening to them was probably our worst mistake ever. As a result, I now make it a point to tell my story to friends all over the world. I believe that what happened to us can happen to anybody anywhere. My friend in the UK is now planning of buying their very first house. And yes, I gave her my unsolicited advice. Since she’s in the UK, she would have to get a UK mortgage . I told her to make sure that they get mortgage quotes first before jumping into anything. On...

Ok..I'm not sure how to react on this one. I blogged about Charice Pempengco and Alec Mapa so I thought I'd put this here as well. This is Renaldo Lapuz who they said is from Nevada. He went to the American Idol Audition in Texas. He was featured on the show's premiere which aired on January 16, 2008. He sang his "own" composition and the judges had fun 'making fun' of him. Simon even predicted that the song he sang will be big hit...LOL..kinda' like William Hung! My question...is he a Filipino??? I 'think' he is but I'm not certain. Here's the You tube video. See it for yourself.

===================================== I just read in one online Entertainment magazine Just Jared that 'allegedly' AP, yes Associated Press, has already started writing Britney Spears' obituary!!! Of course this is just what I read but if this is true, whoever started that is just , in my opinion, heartless. Granted that Britney Spears is spiralling out of control nowadays, I just don't think that anybody should be writing an obituary for her. That is just plain insensitive. AP should instead give this girl some positive advise. Not preparing an obituary for her. The way that USmagazine.com wrote the article " The AP Has Written Britney Spears' Obituary , it seems to be true. They have an interview with the Entertainment editor of Associated Press. Wow...cruel is what is it.

I woke up with an email from a good friend. Attached is the video below. I have no idea who the little boy is but the song is way too powerful not to share. If you've seen it before and you know who sang it or you know of its origin, please let me know so I can give the credit where it's due. Thanks and enjoy. Tell Me Why

Wow! I have not updated this blog today. That's odd! I always update it but today I got caught up with some things. Aside from that, no opps for this blog because its PG went down while the other one went up. So if you visit my other blog, you will probably notice that I have some entries there today. Anyway, my katukayo, Lucel Juliana, left me a short note in the tag board. She noticed I don't have anything new on this blog today...sorry Tukayo. Hehe. I'll try to update it tomorrow. I have one opp that I need to do here anyway so I'd probably do that tomorrow. I'm about to fall over my laptop so I will be signing off now. For those who came to visit, thanks much. I will try to do some rounds tomorrow. I'll see you then!

This is the newest project of Apple, Inc . that their CEO Steve Young just launched. Look how thin it is. It's about three quarters of an inch thick rather thin. It is an aluminum-clad laptop called : MacBook Air . Hmm...is it because it as light as air, maybe? I really like things that look sleek and thin like this new laptop but I'm not so sure about this one. I'm afraid I might get a paper cut if start using this one. I'm not sure how much this one will go for but basing it on the prices of Apple laptops, it wouldn't be cheap. So for now, I'm sticking with my thick but kinda' dependable lappy. I'll try that one when I have a couple of thousands that I don't really need. Source: Yahoo News Picture from: Apple, Inc. Website

======================================= Like she's not busy enough, she's now the proud owner of... OWN as in Oprah Winfrey Network . Yep, she's done it again. Can she get any richer after this?? Oh well, I guess there are still a lot of avenues that she still wants to explore and owning her very OWN network is of them. Actually, she used to be part of Oxygen. But she begged off after realizing that they're not on the same page. She used to have a show there....Oprah after the Show or something like that. Anyway, she's probably trying to prepare in case, just in case, she doesn't feel like renewing her contract for the Oprah Winfrey Show come 2011. Can you imagine life without her show? No more "Oprah's Favorite Things"! So be prepared, be ready because the big "O" is going to conquer television. Oh wait, she already did that. I meant as an OWNer of her very OWN network!
